Scots-Irish Dinner! March 19, 2011 Tamworth, New Hampshire

I love hearth cooking, and when I was a Girl Scout leader my troop could make a complete fireside dinner, including bread, cobblers and chocolate chip cookies (without an oven!). Here is a special Scots-Irish dinner just In time for St. Patrick’s Day!
