Weathervane Wednesday - At the Epcot Center, DisneyWorld

Some more weathervanes we spotted during our vacation at DisneyWorld.  We even found two at the Epcot Center!

This elaborate weathervane is a banner mounted above some filigree above a castle tower in the Norway pavilion at the Epcot center.  This building houses the Akershus Royal Banquet Hall restaurant. The area nearby resembles a village in Norway.  Does anyone know why the banner on the weathervane features the numbers "171" with a crown?

Note:  Just a few hours after I posted this my 2nd cousin told me (via Facebook) that in Norway the county road 171 runs through the town of Akershus.  Perhaps that is the answer?

Of course the American pavilion would feature a weathervane, too!  This federal style building was designed to imitate colonial buildings like Philadelphia's Independence Hall.  The weathervane on the cupola is a very familiar style to me.  This banner weathervane would look very appropriate on any 18th or 19th century New England meetinghouse or church.
