What a beautiful church and setting for a graveyard. And I love the name Ingraham Ebenezer Bill! Thanks for sharing!

I LOVE the church! I wonder if it's still used? Thanks for sharing
ReplyDeleteMary, yes the church is still active. In fact, we arrived on a Sunday morning and the people of the town graciously invited us in for the service. I'm sure they were wondering who those strangers were- out front photographing the gravestones!
ReplyDeleteHeather, any contact information you can provide for the Billtown church? My ancestors were married there.
ReplyDeleteThanks,
Brian (e-mail me at oneelbk@yahoo.com)
Thanks for the post and photographs, I have connections to the Bill family from the late 1700's.
