Holiday Party at the New England Historic Genealogical Society

Tonight the NEHGS staff, members and trustees celebrated the season in the Treat Rotunda of the library on Newbury Street in Boston.  Above, Brenton Simons, president and CEO, announced the highlights of the 2013 year at NEHGS and Ryan Woods, vice president and Chief Operating Officer, announced the raffle contests to benefit the annual fund.  Below, the Select Ensemble of the Spectrum Singers entertained with a selection of holiday songs including a kazoo chorus to PDQ Bach's "Good King Kong".  

Everyone had a wonderful time, and I even had time to fit in a little research!
